La Peyrière, an old stone house

Built in 1880, the house was tastefully renovated keeping such beautiful features as original stone staircases and walls, exposed beams and ancient tile floors. Today La Peyriere comfortably accommodates 6 to 8 people in four double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms and generous living areas.

Garden, terraces and swimming pool to suit any moment of the day

Location: spectacular views, complete privacy

With over 300 days of sunshine a year, Provence consistently delivers hot and sunny summers. At la Peyriere you have a choice of day beds around the pool, hammoc under a tree, two dining areas, one on the front terrace shaded by mature pine trees, the other next to the barbecue. The property includes a large vast expanse of native 'garrigue' behind the house ensuring privacy.

Located on a hill overlooking vineyards and olive groves, the house enjoys stunning 180° views of the plains below, taking the eye all the way to the Luberon and Alpilles ranges over 30 kilometres away. Located at the end of a no-through road and backing onto a nature reserve where rosemary and thyme grow wild, the house offers complete privacy in a beautifully preserved natural environment.

Yet the village of Beaumes-de-Venise is only 1.5 km away so your morning baguette and croissants are within easy reach.
